She is large enough for crew and room to hold your pirated bounty but small enough to be single handed.
She is graceful and easily handled with speed for a daily sailor or spacious enough for liveaboard and long weekend coastal cruising to hold up on anchor in your favorite cove.
She is a full fin fiberglass hull with a transom hung rudder.
Large aft cockpit for family and crew with an overhead frame and newer sun bimini. With the newer Bimini and spacious cockpit creates a secondary outdoor room while at anchor or sailing in any weather. Bimini frame is approx 6' head clearance and the boom is approx 6'-4" above the cockpit decking.
Below deck is an easily accessed galley to feed the crew and a midship salon with a table and settee on the starboard.
Forward stateroom that is roomy and has a hanging locker.
Aft port quarter is a head with shower and adjacent is another stateroom with a navigation station.
The engine is operational and serviced in 2021; hours unknown.
Recently replaced thru-hulls and sea-cocks during and bottom paint in 2021
Sails were reported approx 10-yrs old, in good condition and protected with UV canvas covers..
Seller reports boom-to-mast gooseneck fitting is worn and needs replacing. Seller reports the boat is "sail-able" in its current condition, however. Seller willing to negotiate reduced price to account for replacement part.
The headliner in the aft stateroom needs a new batten and missing an overhead light cover.
