Information On Condition

The previous owners bought the boat from the original owner and they sailed the Caribbean for a year. The rigging was inspected in spring 2019 and it all checked out good. Bottom paint was done Dec 2018 and was inspected and found good in Spring 2019 and the owner has a diver that scrubs the bottom and checks the zincs regularly.

No AC or generator is installed, yet this version of IP does have ample room to install both a generator and and AC, if desired. The owner said that at full asking price, he will purchase a new model MN10CES Honeywell AC (AC, De-Humidifier and Heating modes) rated at 10,000 BTU, with custom vent air adapter, and that runs off shore power!
