This stunning 1990 Island Packet 35 cutter is ready for new adventures!
She looks amazing and sails smoothly!
Currently located in Belmont, New Jersey, having made the journey from Puerto Rico for the summer season. She will be sailing back to PR in the early fall if not sold by then.
The 40HP Yanmar engine is in good working condition and according to the owners, she sailed beautifully from PR to NJ in mid-June 2020.
This very clean and eye-catching yacht has wrap-around seating in the cockpit along with a bimini.

Below deck, there are two staterooms, forward and aft along with a convertible dinette in the salon with settees both starboard and port.
Along with a fully equipped galley, there is teak and holly sole flooring throughout as well as teak bulkheads and cabinets.
The keel is a full fouling integrated encased lead/steel/mortar converted, filled ballast airtight fiberglass covered. The keel extends appro 4" downward abaft of amidships centerline and tapers forward, flairs into the forefoot. Clean garboard areas.
Standing Rigging:
Extruded Aluminum mast w/internal halyards, tracked vertical roller Main Sail. Facnor Roller Furler both forward sails, single spreader, below deck compression stepped keel using deck partners, Charleston Spar Alum Boom with internal adjustments, with down & outhaul hardware, toe-rail mounted non-exposed cast integrated suspender chain plates, all Norseman Fittings, Head & Back Stays Chromed Bronzed Turnbuckles Good condition and working order.
Running Rigging:
Halyards & Sheet Lines, Dacron Braided (Good Condition)
