Information On Condition

It's in good condition; Just needs a little TLC. The owner is willing to be flexible if someone is willing to put in the time to get in peak condition externally.

Recent reconditioned on the engine and the owner reports it runs great!

Some recent owner questions answered:

Liberty were custom built yacht's built in southern Florida and only about 28-30 made this size. Hulls were made and interior was finished to owners choice, (thus no Vee birth in mine.)

What is the composite material the hull is made of? Fiberglass. Also, is the hull painted? Yes.

If so, what kind of paint? Ablative paint bottom needs to be done which is the reason lower price.

How long and wide are the berths? Both berths are over six feet I fit in them comfortable. The table drops down into a berth also!

Is it the refrigeration system air cooled and for the ice box or air conditioning? The " REFRIGERATOR" is a small college one (110V) sitting on top of the "ICE BOX" that holds ICE for several days. The 110 Volt A/C is sea water cooled and has a new pump.

How many sails are there, what type, and the condition of each? Also, the age of each sail? Two sails on bow both have roller furling as the add says, one main sail 3 reef points, a spinnaker I have never used. All sails sent to sail shop 5 years ago restitched as needed. Was told they were serviceable and I enjoy them.

Age of standing rigging? Rigging? Was checked 5 years ago all (exterior chain plates replaced were made oversize).

New work was done to the engine last year. It runs like a top.

Engine had been gone over recently.
