This Pearson cutter is a rare example of "old school" fiberglass boatbuilding skill and craftsmanship which cannot be duplicated, today, at many times her price.

Along with the responsiveness and versatility of her cutter rig, this boat has the added security and integrity of an encapsulated cutaway keel and full skeg-hung rudder.

She has high headroom below, with a standup shower, stainless hot water heater and three 50 gallon water tanks.

Recent improvements include a superb CPT autopilot, Garmin Chart Plotter linked to the VHF for realtime AIS, dual flexible and stowable 130watt solar panels, solar controller and VICTRON battery management system with 30 amp charger and battery monitor.

She has a robust 12-volt house bank system with 4 deep cycle 6-volt batteries and an independent 12-volt system with 2 separate batteries for starter and windlass.

Her engine was recently inspected by a UNIVERSAL mechanic and is a strong and dependable UNIVERSAL M-50 diesel with a high capacity alternator and 50 gal fuel tank.

Ground tackle includes multiple anchors mounted on a large, protected bowsprit and a recently serviced, powerful, dependable EXCEL dual windlass with a stainless case.

Information On Condition

Overall, this boat appears to be in excellent and is maintained by a meticulous owner.

According to the owner, everything is in working order and the boat is ready to sail away.

The bottom was last painted in mid-2018 and it's cleaned by a diver regularly.

The engine has been inspected and any maintenance issues addressed.

The owner has sanded down the cockpit coamings and other wood trim and it's waiting for a trim update.

Per seller, berth is assumable in this very desirable and private marina. Charge currently is $12/foot + electricity.

Engine inspected and all necessary maintenance performed.
