The vessel is easy to sail and has a proven record of reliability and design. She is heavily ballasted with a full keel and a canoe stern, high sides and a spacious cabin with 6'4" headroom. She quickly gets up to 5-6 knots in a stiff breeze and will stay there all day, Well balanced and easy to steer. She sleeps 5 in 4 berths and has lots of room for storage.
She has a solid fiberglass hull and is built like a tank! Full keel classic design (keel completely integrated as part of the hull), 5' draft with 7 tons internal ballast. Full-length rudder attached top & bottom to the keel, worm gear steering, and the 20hp Volvo 2-cyl diesel was rebuilt in 2002.
The mast is Cedar hollow box construction varnished wood in great condition.She has a Hank-on Jib and 130% Genoa (serviceable). The Mainsail has 2 reef points.
The Decks/Cabin top are thick fiberglass over wood core, and are structurally sound.
All bronze portholes -All bronze through-hull fittings with proper heavy valves, very dry boat.
Fully enclosed head with sink and marine head, 15 gal. holding tank with pump-out and overboard connections & macerator
The Galley has 2-burner stove & oven (simple camping bottle style, not fixed propane installation), icebox, sink, lots of storage. 2 s/s freshwater tanks totaling 85 gal.
She has two new (2017) deep-cycle batteries, shorepower connection & charger.

Moderate leakage in salon needs attending to - headliner removed in the main cabin, so all through-fittings on deck are currently totally accessible.
Needs love and attention - mostly cosmetic work but structurally sound and ready to sail, Awlgrip Ice Blue paint fuel tank recently opened and cleaned. Staysail sail needs replacing.
Bimini over cockpit (just re-stitched), new main and jib covers.
Decorative teak decking overlay (needs work - still thick and ready for refinishing)
