1988 Alura 35 with twin engines.
You will have to look at the title to know the age. Well maintained, repaired and updated boat and motors. Seller is the owner of a Boat and Boat Motor repair company. He has replaced and updated everything necessary. Look at the pictures. Recently replaced the fuel tanks with upgraded thicker 3/16" aluminun with epoxy and most fuel lines replaced.

Engines are running well as one would expect from an owner in the repair business. They were scoped to check for cylinder wear!
All components on the engines have been replaced: Alternators, starters, circulating pumps, seawater pumps, fuel pumps. Carbs and ignition were updated with improved technology - Edelbrock Carbs and Ignition, Delco Voyager distributors.
The heat exchangers were recently "rodded" and checked. The recently replaced PCM manifolds utilize 14-degree long tailpipe risers....therefore, no water reversion issues with these units. Port Heat riser changed in 2017 and Starboard in 2018. Props and shafts were replaced.
The boat was hauled out recently and zincs were replaced.
The interior looks amazing. Head, sink, and shower. Galley with induction cooktop, microwave and small ice maker. Comfortable, large V berth with a small sleeping area above the v berth. Cold air conditioning for spending the night out on the water or dockside.
Great boat for the Gulf Coast as it handles the chop with a modified V hull with Skeg Keel.
A full complement of electronics including Radar and Auto-Pilot! Windlass for convenience with anchorage.
Amazing condition as the seller has updated, repaired and/or replaced everything needing attention.
Bottom job, new ZIncs, Speed Prop applied on trim tabs August 2022.
Hull is still shiny-kept waxed and under a covered slip.
Seller reports engines to be running well with many replacement parts to update and upgrade.
Recent haul out to inspect the hull and replace zincs.
Isinglass is in good condition and clear.
