The outer deck affords opportunities for swimming, fishing, or visiting with friends and family. An entertainment area includes a cockpit sink, storage and seating with a table. And views that stretch out to the waters ahead.
The seller has upgraded the yacht since 2017 with new flooring, new exterior and interior upholstery on the seating and berths, a new air conditioning unit and a new head. Along with the other improvements, the seller added a long and wide canvas covering with clear Isinglass giving shade and enclosure for any weather.
The twin Mercruiser 5.7L V8 engines have powered the boat only in fresh water and are easily accessed with room for your mechanic to maintain.
An Onan generator is also onboard as well as convenient shore power.
The salon is lovely with a very attractive layout and accommodated with soft shell colors and fabrics in better condition. The main berth has a sink and seat included with the sleeping area and has a cabin door from the main cabin.
Underneath the deck is the second sleeping area that is roomy enough for two. Windows give the passengers views and the entire interior cabin has opening skylights, port windows, overhead lighting, side windows with wooden blinds both starboard and port offering the entire cabin light and air.
The head includes an electric toilet, shower, sink with hot and cold water, window, and storage.
This Avanti is waiting for a new owner who will want to say Let's Go every weekend to enjoy family and friends on the water, or just a quiet place to relax and spend the night. This yacht has it all.

Upgraded marine vinyl on deck seating and interior new upholstery in dinette and salon seating in great condition with no tears, soiling, stains, and demonstrated good maintenance.
Interior ceiling lighting and skylights in good condition.
Galley sink, stove and refrigerator in better condition. Interior carpet was clean. Head also was visible to good care.
