Comfortable and sporty, this air-conditioned cruiser is loaded with closed cooling 7.4L Mercruisers, onboard generator, and tons of space inside and outside.
The wide, 13-foot beam and nice headroom give the feel of boats much larger in size. The galley is to port and features a large fridge with freezer, 2-burner stovetop, sink, microwave and lots of storage.
A full canvas enclosure, a multi-zone waterproof Alpine stereo, color forward looking sonar, newer batteries, Raritan Elegance toilet ($2K), new sanitation hose (20yr maintenance), new CruiseAir 16,000 BTU air conditioner ($3k), stainless steel hot water tank, upgraded chrome faucets galley and head, recent propeller tuning, recent engine servicing, and is loaded for optimal weekend and day adventures.

An innovative floor plan, the 3570 features an open salon layout with a convertible round dinette forward. There is carpeting throughout and is decorated with bright fabrics, artwork, and throw pillows.
Good overall condition for the age.
Exterior needs a quick detailing. All the fiberglass appears in good shape.
The upholstery on the exterior is good overall except for one seam that's coming loose on the transom bench.
The canvas is in good condition.
Isinglass is clear except for the center panel.
All hatches appear secure with no leaks sighted during my photo shoot.
