At 40ft overall length matched with a 13ft beam this 3772 express cruiser is big enough to live aboard and has all the amenities needed for a small family.
This boat boasts an air conditioning unit, heater, and a generator on board.
There is a full galley to port with refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and stovetop burners.
The rear lounge converts to a full bed and a privacy curtain pulls across.
The starboard settee and dinette table also convert to a sleeping space with full storage underneath. A full bath with onboard head - VacuFlush toilet, lots of counter space and storage.
The forward bed has steps for easy access on either side, dual cedar-lined hanging lockers, storage under the bed, and is pre-wired for a TV.
There is an integrated swim platform that provides easy access to the water and a hot/cold freshwater shower for rinsing off.
The boat is stored in a working hangar but will be fully detailed prior to sale.
In 2020, new shafts, new seals, new anodes, new port heat exchanger.
Both engine exhausts were replaced in spring 2019.
The sending unit in the freshwater tank needs replacing.
