This beautiful classic 1999 Formula model 31PC comes with a pair of Mercruiser 7.4L MPI 330 hp engines
It comes with an Kohler 800 generator and air conditioning! There are dual stereo's to ensure music everywhere, a Lowrance Hook & GPS/Finder/Plotter, Uniden VHF, carpet that was just cleaned, a stove, two tables, dinette, TV, heat, and a head!
The galley includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, ice maker, and more!
Easy access to the water via the swim platform and swim ladder of course. And a nice sun pad to catch the rays.
Windlass upfront rounds it out!
Note, the owner does not have a trailer yet they are easy to locate used or new if needed.
According to the Owner:
June 2021: New Manifolds and risers, new spark plugs, new impellers, oil changes, new VHF radio, New stereo, new raw water pump on starboard engine!
August 2021: the boat was fully detailed! December 2021: replaced the house battery.
The owner reports that the vessel, engines, and all listed features are in good working order! Yet all of our offers are fully contingent on an inspection so that you can confirm for yourself.
02/2022 - a recent inspection also found the outdrive gimbal assemblies were a little loose, the macerator handle was broken, the hi water alarm did not work, some clamps were a little loose.
