This Four Winns 298 Vista offers a lot of great features for you and your family.
It starts with having a generator, air conditioning, and heat. You can use this boat all year long and in all climates.
It has a large swim platform that has stereo controls. There is a grill that mounts to the platform for outdoor cooking. The interior offers lots of seating, which you will need as this is Yacht Certified, and you can have as many guests as you please onboard. In the cockpit, you have a sink, refrigerator and a 32' television. At the helm, you have a VHF Marine radio, a Furuno GPS/Chartplotter and navigation. It is loaded with the Tennessee River map.
Inside the cabin is a forward berth, a mid-berth and a wet head. There is a two-burner electric stove, a Corian sink and countertop along with a microwave and a refrigerator with a small freezer. Your marine a/c unit is located under the cushion located at the dining table. A second television is also mounted above the sink that can be viewed from the forward berth or the dining table.
The bow is accessed through the windshield, and you will find two sunpads there. Your anchor has an electric windlass with controls on the bow and at the helm.
The twin Volvo Pentas have approximately 640 hours, and the seller can provide the exact hours during an inspection. The bilge compartment has a heater, so winterization is not required.
This is a great size boat that offers many amenities. It does not come with a trailer, but it is on the Tennessee River, which means you have access to pilot it to the Great Lakes, or the gulf.

The boat is in overall very good condition. It is a 2001 model, so there are a few blemishes.
The boat started in saltwater but has been in freshwater for approximately the last ten years. It was last bottom painted four years ago.
The arch and glass trim are aluminum and have some spots where the coating is showing wear. One of the three batteries needs to be replaced, and one foot pedal for the windlass needs replaced; there are some fluids in the bilge, but it's not from the engine. The seller believes it came from the power steering, but he does not have any problems with it.
Per the seller, all other systems on the boat are in good working condition.
