2/21/2020 UPDATE: Owner is ready to sell. Bring your offer to the table for negotiations. Boat is ready for the water.
This is a classic San Marino line of cruisers built by Larson Boat Works. Back in the day, this was a much sought after and well designed pocket cruiser.
At 25 ft, she is compact but still has all the features and accommodations needed for a small family or a couple of friends to enjoy a weekend or short vacation on the water.
With the double axle trailer(included) and a rated dry weight of only 4900 lbs, you don't need a large tow vehicle to take this boat where ever you want.
The cabin sleeps 4 and sports a head with a shower, a dinette and a two burner stove top. The fridge will keep your cold items and there is plenty of storage for the other necessities such as dry goods, snacks, plates and cups. There is even storage for extra clothing and all your water toys.
There is also an inflatable Zodiac included.
There is no AC but the cabin area is heated from the engine compartment and I would venture to guess it radiates up onto the deck area. Being fully enclosed, the deck area should be toasty during the cool late Fall and early Spring days.
Powered by a Fresh Water cooled Mercusier 5.7L V8 and an Alpha One drive, there is plenty of power to get you to the secret cove or sandbar. There are only 416 hours on this combination so it has not been over used during its lifetime. Many hours of life remaining.
The Delta-Conic hull design was taunted by Larson as the latest, greatest and most superior design of the ages for that time frame. The design allows for quicker on plane and at much slower speeds. This was supposed to allow for less power needed to obtain planing speeds and thus reducing fuel consumption.
Per the owner, the trim tabs need to be checked for proper operation but no other mechanical issues that he is aware of.
The deck upholstery is showing signs of ware with some cracking and minor fading but still very useful. At least a couple of years remain before requiring major upholstery work.
