This 2000 Monterey 302 Express Cruiser has plenty of space for friends and family and has been well cared for since 2016 by the current owners.

There is plenty of space topside with a spacious cockpit, including bench seating and a table for passengers. The larger swim platform has a mount for the propane grill, which is included with the boat.

The captain will be right at home in front of a well laid out helm with analog gauges for both motors and other items including trim indicators.

A walk through the split windscreen provides access topside to the windlass hardware but will likely be more popular to use the bow sun pad floating away an afternoon on the water.

A walk below deck finds a cabin that benefits from the extra width of the 10'6" beam with a convertible dinette to port and the galley and head midship on the starboard side.

The forward v-berth also converts to sitting space and also has a table and there is an aft cabin below the cockpit featuring a full size berth for two adults.

The boat is currently stored on the hard but open for showings as the owners are not planning to launch the boat for the 2022 season

The pictures in the water have been provided by the seller and are from the 2021 season. The remainder of the pictures were taken in April 2022 where the boat is being stored.

The seller has had the boat regularly maintained and serviced by a well respected local / regional marine service operation since owning it to ensure it's ready to be used.

A good deal of mechanical work was done to the boat in the 2016 off season (details below) with additional cosmetic work done in the Summer of 2020 (details below) that are sure to be a plus for its new owners.

Both carburetors and starters have been replaced along with the gimbal bearings in the lower units and the bottom was scraped, prepped and painted at this time.

The owners replaced the isinglass in the canvas pieces and had them scotch guarded and waterproofed in the Summer of 2020.

Additionally, all interior and exterior lighting was upgraded to LED service and a new JL Audio system was installed with an amp and subwoofer.

The marine AC and heat are reported to be in working condition as well as all appliances below deck by the seller.

This is in addition to all gauges and alarms also being in working condition, per the seller.

There is not an hours meter for either engine or the generator; however, service records are available for review during a showing.
