This Rinker is a well-equipped over-nighter with luxury accommodations. The Fiesta Vee 250 is a "stretch" version of the express cruiser concept and Rinker did an excellent job of giving the owner everything you need at a reasonable price.

The cockpit of the Fiesta has plenty of room to move around and ample seating for eight passengers. There's a spacious swim platform with boarding ladder to allow easy access on the boat after having fun in the water.

Inside the cabin, the fully functional galley offers plenty of space and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave and alcohol stove. The dinette is fully forward with U-shaped seating for four, and the table drops down to create a double berth. A second double is located in the mid-cabin, and that, combined with a fully enclosed head/shower, makes the 250 Fiesta Vee an excellent choice for a weekend over-nighter.
