This is an absolutely gorgeous 1986 Sea Ray Sundancer 270. Boat has been lovingly cared for and is in showpiece condition. Boat has been repowered with a factory remanufactured complete drop in motor in late 2020.
Extremely clean inside and out, the boat is in great shape cosmetically and mechanically. There are no undesirable stains or odors to be found and the upholstery and canvas is all in very good condition.
Entering over the swim platform you have a transom door to starboard which gets you into the cockpit. A rear bench seat and opposing jump seats give room for 5 while 2-3 more can seat forward at the helm bench. Visibility is good in all directions and the eisenglass is extended above the windshield to allow a raised position at the helm. All of this is enclosed in a full camper canvas with screens and removable panels.
Full controls including trim tabs, VHF and a new Garmin GPS Chartplotter are at your fingertips. Power is supplied by a Mercruiser factory rebuilt 357 Alpha 4V (installed in 2020) paired with an Alpha One Drive.
The pleasant surprises continue below. The cabin is entered via a companionway to port. A clean dry interior has a nice sized Vee berth forward, a convertible dinette aft to port with a full galley opposite. The galley offers a 2 burner stove, fridge, sink and ample counter and cabinet space to use dockside or for extended cruises.
A fully enclosed head is aft of the galley and a good sized aft berth extends under the bridge. There is a stereo and a TV in the main cabin as well as lighting throughout. The vintage interior is clean and dry with no signs of leaks or unwanted odors.
