On approach to this 2002 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer, it is apparent that the cruiser has been well cared for and there is evidence of pride in ownership!
The hull is clean and free of blemishes and discolorations. The bottom paint appears to be intact. The Deep Vee hull with 33'10" overall length, 3'7" draft and 11'2" beam allows for comfortable cruising speeds even in moderate seas.
Topside, the deck is solid and free of soft spots. The stainless bow rail, fender holders, windlass and anchor are all clean and free of rust.
Entering the boat on the aft deck, there is a spacious area with plenty of bolstered seating for entertaining or a relaxing cruise.
The engine compartment is accessed by the electric powered door and when raised, the aft deck dining table can be accessed and then stowed when not in use.
The cockpit is well positioned, well equipped and in good condition. The controls are easily accessed and functional with Raymarine electronics.
The twin 300HP 350 MAG MPI Mercruiser engines fire up effortlessly providing easy cruising speeds at 14 mph and top speeds at 30-34 mph. The engines are able to be washed down with the flip of a switch after use with an integrated anti-saline wash down system.
Located in the engine compartment is also a well maintained and operational Westerbeke 4.5kw generator and 3 batteries (2 house and 1 for engine).
Entering the cabin via the companionway, there are 3 easily navigated carpeted steps. There is carpeting throughout with a spacious salon, forward and aft berths, dinette and head.
The galley is well equipped with an electric flush surface stove, fridge, microwave and well appointed cabinets. Easy to use AC/Heat controls are located above the counter space in the galley. The head is equipped with a toilet, shower and cabinets.
