The seller has recently completed a number of upgrades including replacing the air conditioning system, water pump, sump pump, both carburetors on the engines, the GPS/sonar with a new Simrad color touchscreen, and the VHF radio. They are realistic and understand additional TLC is needed so are open to all reasonable offers.
There is a wide bench seat at the helm, which is in the process of being redone at an upholstery shop.
The non-skid pattern is molded into the bow for safety in addition to the wraparound stainless steel railing.
Inside the cabin is a mid-cabin lounge area and a dinette table across from the port side galley. The seller says they have the filler cushions for inside seating.

The forward berth is comfortable for two to sleep.
Good overall condition for the age.
Little visible damage to the exterior.
The seller says they have the generator for it but it's currently out of the boat and will need rebuilt before being re-installed.
The forward bimini and full enclosure have been removed, but the seller says will be included with the sale in case needed as a template.
