The vessel comes with a full camper enclosure that goes from the radar arch to the stern.
Includes a 2010 Walker Bay 10' Genesis Dinghy with a 2009 Mercury 9hp motor.
Boarding steps, Sun Pad, winterization equipment, two extra 50' shore power cords and more come with the vessel.
It's a powerful cruiser and ready for your family's next adventure.

Seller states that the vessel is exceptional clean and well-maintained.
Owner states the water heater has not worked since they bought the boat. Owner purchased a new replacement and it will be installed in the Spring.
Engine Synchronizers - Owner has never tried this feature.
Sanitation system - Owner has never tried this feature. They did day trips on the Charles River and Boston Harbor. They are required to have the discharge valve from the holding tank closed with the handle removed making the system unusable. The holding tank is pumped out on a regular basis
Ice Maker in Cockpit - Owner has never had a need to use this feature. They used the unit for storage.
New carpet in the Salon
New generator fuel pump
Engines and house batteries replaced July 2018.
