1997 Silverton 310 Express Cruiser in New Baltimore, Michigan

Stock #140606

The 1997 Silverton 310 Express is a wonderful design for entertaining friends and family on a day cruise or swimming at your favorite anchorage.

This Express Cruiser also has plenty of amenities below decks to keep your crew comfortable for an extended weekend away.

The fully integrated swim platform with a center mounted swim ladder with hatch, fender holders, and a grab rail to assist climbing the swim ladder.

Enter the cockpit via the walk-through transom with the door. There is a freshwater washdown located at the transom walk-through.

The cockpit has two opposing bench seats for socializing or enjoying a sunset. There is also a good-sized cockpit table for setting a snack and drinks on or evening enjoying an evening dinner.

The companionway to port features a wet bar with sink and beverage holders. Below the wet bar is a large storage cabinet.

There is also a clever storage bin opposite the helm seat. For safety the companionway has combing.

The helm seat consists of a bench seat large enough for three. The port side of the helm bench seat cushions open on piano hinges to reveal storage beneath.

The dash gauges are Faria. The gauge clusters consist of oil, engine temperature, volt meter, tachometer, and fuel. There are switches conveniently positioned to operate the bilge pumps, bilge blower, cockpit lighting, horn, remote windlass control, wiper, as well as the trim tabs.

Electronics include a depth gauge, iCOM VHF, and a Garmin echoMap 50s GPS unit.

Descend the pedestals mounted steps into the large cabin.

Immediately to port the enclosed head. The head is equipped with a manual flush toilet with a fold down seat cover, sink with faucet and shower-wand, cabinet storage, outlet, and overhead lighting.

The galley is outfitted with a single-burner stove, a microwave, sink with faucet, fridge/freezer, storage cabinets and drawers.

The forward double V berth has a port hole to either side, recessed lighting and an opening deck hatch provide light and natural air. There is also a hanging locker with a mirrored cabinet door to port of the berth.

Along the starboard side of the cabin is the dinette. The dinette table converts to form a double berth. Beneath the dinette seat cushions are storage areas and the AC unit. Above the dinette is a row of three overhead storage cabinets. You also find the thermostat control unit and electric outlets in the dinette area.

The back bulkhead before entering the aft settee area is a 12 Volt accessory plug, stereo head unit, waste monitor gauge, and electric panel.

The aft cabin area features a U-shaped sofa with a table that can be converted to a double berth with filler cushions. There is storage beneath the aft sofa cushions.

Trailer not included.
Information On Condition

The overall condition of the boat is good.

* Recent survey detected wet stringers which is reflected in the list price*

It does need an external detailing and an overall cleaning due to it being laid up for a season.

The hull gel coat looked to be in good condition with one spot detected port mid-ship.

Interior upholstery was in good condition but needed some cleaning. The aft facing bench seat stitching was showing some age.

Below decks the upholstery and carpet were clean and in good condition.

Normal seasonal maintenance
