This Wellcraft St. Tropez is a large express cruiser with room for the whole family. There are many interior upgrades. The headliner is done in mahogany wood. The leather couch looks almost new. It converts to a bunk bed. The heat and A/C will all but run you out. There are all the comforts including a alcohol/electric stove, fridge, and microwave. There are two closets and several cabinets for storage in the cabin. She will sleep six comfortably.
The boat is built on a fiberglass deep-V hull with an integrated swim platform and a molded bow pulpit. The roomy deck has plenty of room to move about. There is plenty of storage in the rear seats. The wraparound windshield protects the fully equipped helm station. Within the molded panel there is an array of controls. The compass is located behind the helm. The Captain's seat is wide enough for two. The cockpit has a Bimini cover.
Underneath the deck are the engine compartment. The boat is outfitted with twin Mercruiser 454 inboard crate engines with less than 5 hours. The boat has only been in fresh water since the new engines were installed. The batteries are located between the engines. The generator has been removed from the boat, but the wiring is still in place.
Below deck, the Wellcraft has a convenient layout with the galley at the entrance. So if you need to grab something and get out the fridge and cabinets are easy to get to. The galley is equipped with a two burner alcohol/electric cooktop, a microwave, and a dorm type refrigerator. Behind the galley is the dinette that converts to sleep two. The A/C unit is located below one of the benches. There are cable connections behind the lounge. The stereo is located behind the lounge also. The mahogany headliner looks good. The leather couch across from the lounge looks new.. The back of the couch pulls up to make a bunk. The cabin has a nice wide area for sleeping with closets on either side. There is also storage at the foot of the bed. There is also a built in shelf around each side of the bed. There is a small TV mounted at the foot of the bed.
Across from the galley is the head. Inside is the toilet, hand shower and sink. There is a loop to connect shower curtain. There is a cabinet for your bath accessories. The door has a large mirror on it.
Overall, this is a spacious family cruiser that shows well. The boat is in good shape and is an excellent example of a well-cared for aft-cabin family cruiser that is priced to move! With the new crate engines this boat is ready for round two of water life. While it is a bit older, it does not show it age.
Overall, the boat is in good condition. The owner has dealt with boats all his life and has given this boat a second life with the new engines. The boat is getting a tune-up, new batteries, and new water pumps. Other than minor wear and tear items, this boat looks good. She will needs some canvas work/ paint touch up but she is ready to run! The next owner of this boat should have no worries other than making sure to keep plenty of gas in the tank for all the fun ahead!
