Charming houseboat with picket white fence ready to become a residence. This boat is equipped with a Suzuki motor to navigate to another location so it is not a stationary live-aboard.
There is plenty of power as this boat is equipped with a 110-volt inverter, solar panels, and a 2000 watt Honda generator. There is plenty of power and according to the owner, it was able to provide enough power for several boats on a local sandbar. The outlets are wired to suit specifically the inverter, land use, and generator use.
The boat has plenty of room to sleep with a bunk and two more berths that can easily sleep two people.
There is the bow deck on the main floor where you have a bench seat. You can use the grill out there or on the upper deck where there is room to place the grill. There is also a large bench seat and behind it there are the solar panels and a reservoir to heat freshwater using the solar panels.
The owner took great care in providing flexibility where he created rod holders and placed lights and even searchlights on the upper deck. The television can be placed in several positions on the boat.
There is plenty of entertainment with the Bluetooth stereo system with eight speakers
This boat is very unique so don't let it slip away.
Normal wear and tear for a boat this age is noticeable. The owner is in the process of repairing any areas that show some wear. Paint is fading in some spots that need to be buffed out.
Overall, the houseboat is in good shape for its age.
