This is a must-see 37' custom-built houseboat! It would be a perfect weekend getaway or small family liveaboard.
Exterior features include a full wrap-around deck with four boarding points. At each end of the houseboat are two entry doors with awnings. The main entrance is a set of french doors that lead into the living area. The vinyl double-pane windows throughout let in ample light while framing the outdoor scenery in every room.
It is the interior of this houseboat that sets it apart from all others. Walls and ceilings are adorned with repurposed cedar, cypress and tin that all have amazing decorative and historical value. Flooring is a durable laminate throughout.
The three main areas are kitchen/living, full bathroom with shower, and bedroom. A set of sliding barn doors separate the bedroom from living area. They can be left open for an open, airy feeling.
