This 1950 refurbished custom started as a dream when the steel haul was bought and a houseboat was built upon it and now ready for a new owner to enjoy.
Has two Detroit Diesel 671N engines and 2 split shafts that connect to the internal shaft. Has custom trim tabs. Does have fresh water cooling system with heat exchanger. Has 850-gallon fuel capacity. Shaft driven with 36" square prop with skags to protect. Has dual rutters. Electricity is grounded to the batteries. Can drive from inside or on the upper deck. Has Lowrance GPS.
The bottom of the boat was sandblasted, primed, and painted with interlux. Outside of boat and house sprayed with Linx coating in medium gray color.
Custom sunbrella bimini on the top deck with Isinglass glass panels for front and sides. Custom rails made to go around the entire top deck. 2 captain's chairs at the helm along with 2 pontoon seats with custom attachment to rail. Both seats have custom covers.
Has wet bar with sink, storage and bar refrigerator. BBQ grill with custom brackets made to attach to rail. Plenty of room for parties, weddings, charter tours or corporate events. Has a loudspeaker.
5 foot anchor with storage box in front of helm.

The front of the house is inside the helm and has cabinets and a closet for storage.
The back of the boat has 2 closets, one for storage and to get to all pipes and another closet has (2) 30 gallon propane tanks. The swim deck has a ladder and is made of vinyl decking.
Always stored in a custom made boathouse.
