This houseboat is baby and toddler friendly! All the cabinet doors are magnetically locked/accessible.
The exterior doors have inside locks that allow the parents to sleep well and relieved, that a toddler cannot wander outside unattended.

There is a large fun deck on the second level as well as a third level (top deck) complete with Heli-Pad. (Helicopter not included). There is a water slide and more outside. The fun deck also has an Upper Helm unit. At the aft there is a Hydraulic JetSki Platform and Swim Deck for quick and easy access to your water toys
- or the lake!

There is a retractable helm unit in the living room that allows the helm to be stored out of site quickly and easily. The unit has forward and aft 12-inch thrusters for quick and easy maneuverability and has joystick controls at both helms.

The AC/DC power panel is a thing of beauty and is displayed behind a glass door cabinet as shown in the photos.

There are six 30-gallon hot water heaters (4 are FW and 2 are Lake water heaters) that furnish all three bathrooms, the kitchen, and the oversized Whirlpool clothes washer with hot water at all times. The air conditioner units are geothermal - there is a 5-ton unit for the downstairs and main floor, and a separate 2.5-ton unit for the upstairs master suite.

The generator is a Westerbeke 22.6KW unit There are two 164-gallon fuel tanks plus a separate 90-gallon fuel tank and pump for your toys (boats or PWCs).
