This 42' houseboat has dual air conditioners, full size refrigerator freezer, Queen size bed and three decks for entertaining.

The privacy window coverings are peel and stick, so if you would rather have the view they simply peel-off.

With an updated interior and a well maintained exterior this boat is waiting to be someone's summer cabin or full-time home.

Powered by two Chrysler 318s with 225hp each allows you to enjoy the water as you entertain your guests or just cruise along.

Information On Condition

This vessel had the bottom re-gelcoated in 2019.

Gel-coat on exterior has just been redone.

Aging stringers have been replaced.

The engines were pulled and engine compartment was re built using metal stringers.

This boat has been maintained over the years.

One engine is being replaced with a rebuilt engine. A new AC cover is on order. - The front bench has been recovered and re secured to base.
