Entering the spacious salon there is a very comfy helm station, in addition to the bridge helm. You may drive in air conditioned comfort, or up top under the large bimini - not pictured, in storage. Inside there is a very large comfy looking wrap around sofa. Down a couple steps forward is the mid-cabin with two large beds and a private head. From the salon again - going down a couple steps to stern - there is a large dinette and a fully equipped galley. The master stateroom in the stern has large windows and a private head with shower.
Up on top - there is ample seating around the helm, and a large deck two steps down where deck chairs may be used.On the stern - there is a large hatch providing easy engine and system access.
The owner of this beautiful Gibson 44 indicates boat has been in his family for over fifteen years and lift kept until this year. The boat is maintained with an open checkbook, and the diesels have less than 500 hours, with new heat exchangers!
Exterior and interior are in good shape, with only some buffing needed to shine her up. Rub rail has two small spots needing touch-up. Some bridge vinyl seating is in need of replacing.
