This Holiday Mansion will fit all options. The vessel was used in the Charleston, SC area to provide guided tours and paddle board tours to students looking to learn about the area and marine life.
The vessel is powered by twin Volvo Penta 5.7 GL I/O, the outdrives are dual prop.
The current owner has done some nice work fixing areas of concern. Shown in pictures under the decking, new wood and replacement and also left the area open for access moving forward in the Aft seating bench seating that can also be used for sleeping.
This vessel is equipped with newer electric water heater.
There is a Kohler generator with 455 hours.
The bathroom is equipped with an electric toilet and shower/tub combo.
The forward berth has spilt full beds providing additional sleeping arrangements.
There is seating at every location within the aft eating and gallery area, the helm area also has bench style seating
The vessel was just placed on the hard to pressure wash the bottom, repair a trim tab, and repair the gimbal bearing on the outdrive.
Once these items are addressed the vessel will be splashed and back in the water.
There has been quality maintenance and needed repairs done in the last few seasons: port o/d rebuild, manifolds replaced 2016 both engines, new heads on the starboard engine
