The original owner purchased the boat as a hull alone without its normal IO Motors, Transoms were added and 250 HP Yamaha HPDI Motors were installed. The current owner took off old motors and added a Mercury 4-stroke 150 HP motor, it's current power.
The now available engine compartment was adorned with a Westerbeke 6.5 KW Low CO Gas Generator and 4 Fuel tanks.
Also installed was the anchor pulpit and Maxwell Windlass, combined with the addition of the transoms and outboards push the LOA of this boat over 40'.
That being said the rest of this boat is an example from bow to stern of what you can do and/or have done when you're willing to invest the money.
The fuel and water tanks were all upgraded to the highest quality. The boat's electronics consist of its original Raymarine E120 with Radar. Additional electronics include a Lowrance HDS12 with new transducers on an aluminum bracket for lowering or raising as needed.
Boat beam is 12', fuel tanks (5) total approximately 200 gallons, fresh water tanks total 75 gallons (3-20 gallon 1-15 gallon for Icemaker).
The boat has a well equipped Galley with recently updated appliances including new Raritan Icerette Ice Maker, new Dometic Stainless Steel AC/DC Refrigerator, Propane cooktop and Marine Water Heater.
In the Lower Salon is the boats Head equipped with a Laveo dry flush toilet and bathtub, sleeping quarters consist of a full size bed and a lounging area with separate marine heat pump/air conditioning with lots of compartments for storage.
The bow of the boat is complimented with a Minn Kota 36 volt Riptide Ulterra bow thruster with full cover, Minn Kota Digital Charger and 3-Odyssey Extreme Group 31 AGM Batteries and new anchor rope and chain.
The boat has full SeaDek covering on main and upper deck and custom made indoor outdoor carpets for inside and outside. Full canvas enclosure over cockpit with screens and full windows, matching Bimini over upper seating area.

A recent water trial showed the motor not teaching full rpm, possibly due to a propping issue. Seller is having motor checked out to make sure.
