Regarded by some as the "Cadillac of Houseboats," Lazy Days Manufacturing Company was founded in the 1950s. Being one of the first to utilize aluminum hull construction,
they built some of the best houseboats around through the '80s before selling to Somerset.
This Sportsman could not look anymore as if it were fresh from the factory with a few upgrades. All original window A/C's are fully functional with a 3 Ton Unit recently installed. The original Lazydays bar glasses are still on display and intact in the wet bar.
Entering from the forward enclosed porch is the carpeted main salon with lower helm to starboard just before the entertainment center. All original instrumentation is fully functional.
Moving aft is the full galley with the fully functional original ice maker and the dining area to port with the wet bar.
The hardwood hallway leads to the guest bedroom to port with a head to starboard just before the full beam master stateroom. The stateroom has built-in closets and a private head with shower and tub.

The entire boat appears to be very well cared for and clean.
The V8's and generators fire right up and idle very smooth.
The engines are due for an oil change for which the seller already has the oil onboard.
