Extra Sleeping quarters AND storage under the bridge. The space inside is large enough to spread out. The Galley is great for making a big meal, you won't feel crowded. The bathroom is a pretty good size too.
There is plenty of storage in the aft deck. And, the front porch or upper deck are great for having a drink during sunset.
This houseboat has been updated with: Newer cabinets in the kitchen; Full bathroom with electric toilet; LED lighting; Newer upholstery; Storm covers on all the windows; Newer awnings on upper decks.
This houseboat is clean and, overall, in good shape. The Nauti-Line has been nicely updated and maintained throughout the years. The boat is used in freshwater and stored under a covered slip when not out on the lake.
only thing wrong with boat is the locking mechanism on the outdrive needs replacing, only affects it when hitting reverse to brake the boat,
outdrive has been pinned down to avoid any issues while taking boat out until locking mechanism can be replaced, Estimated cost to repair is between $1000 and $1500, which includes pull out
