This underpriced 75 Foot Custom Sharpe Houseboat will catch a lot of investor's eyes. Many are looking for Sharpe Houseboats specifically for their reputation for quality, luxury and history of decades of low maintenance service. Investors are swooping the pristine used Sharpe Houseboat market and placing them in vacation active locations such as Myrtle Beach, Key West and New Orleans to just name a few.
The majority of the National Football and Baseball league stadiums are located near waterways and boast an active marine economy. Once docked these vessels remain docked with no Captain and are operated as a Bed and Breakfast, renting out for $350 - $600 per night. That's quite a bargain and a wonderful experience compared to the average cramped hotel room.
