This 1972 Silver Queen 35' Houseboat is super cute, super clean and super functional! It has a single engine Chrysler 318 V-8 with 225HP and a Dana 90 Outdrive.

It features a full bathroom with a separate wall in the shower, a full kitchen galley with a 3 burner stove, oven, full-size residential refrigerator, 30 amp shore-power, city water hookup, a new Purasan wastewater system, a Dometic rooftop air conditioner in great shape working perfectly with more than enough power to freeze you out of the cabin.

The master berth has a full-size bed that overlooks a huge full-width sliding window out to the rear deck. The second berth is under the helm floor with 2 full-size beds and a ton of hidden storage.

It has underwater LED lighting at stern, a propane grill mounted to stern rail, and many new upgrades described below.

This 1972 Silver Queen 35' Houseboat is in absolutely amazing condition for its age. The original kitchen counters, sink, stove and oven are still in great condition, working perfectly.

The blue and white finish on the outside decks/floors is in fantastic condition. There do not appear to be any dings, scratches or other major imperfections on the interior or exterior.

This is not a project boat and only needs the generator hooked up and possibly fixed. The Kohler 7.5
