This boat has two functioning helms and is ready to head into your favorite spot with ease. The boat also has enclosure isinglass that zips into place along the front and rear decks. The houseboat has a 3 ton AC unit that in addition to the 2 roof-mounted AC units.
The galley has a residential refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, a double kitchen sink, a 4-burner gas stove top (grates are in the oven) with a range hood over it and a gas oven below the stovetop. There is a second sink in what could be used as a bar area.
