This is a Cat Ketch which shows well.
The engine was completely rebuilt by the seller and has reported 100 hours of use since rebuild
There no standing rigging, and equipped with a free-standing mast
The seller had the vessel out of the water, about 18 months ago with new bottom paint applied, since splashed the vessel is freshwater.
The 4 cylinder Westerbeke 4107 is a strong engine with an iron block. Also has several additional spare parts that will convey with the vessel.
The window in the dodger is newer and in good condition, there is only one forward sail cover.
This vessel also has a 3 cylinder Kubota generator that is plenty strong enough to run the 16K BTU A/C unit.
The seller reports there are 3 mail sails, all in serviceable condition, storm jib, and a staysail as well.
The vessel is equipped with Lowrance Hook 9 plotter, Horizon VHF, and an autopilot that is heading only model ACU-200.
The seller does have cockpit cushions not shown in the pictures they are kept out of the sun.
The seller also stated he has a spare prop.
The listing broker was impressed with this vessel.
The seller sailed this vessel up the east coast of Florida to Charleston. The seller is very knowledgeable and has completed a lot of work on the vessel.
As the local rep is not a professional surveyor, when walking around the vessel topside and inside nothing was noted to being soft or damaged.
