This walkover configuration provides terrific privacy with two completely separate cabins - and there is lots of storage to boot.
From the cockpit go in the forward companionway down just a few short steps to the saloon. Immediately to port is a U-shaped galley. Just forward of the galley is a U-shaped dinette. The settee in the dinette can be used as a single berth. Opposite the dinette is a straight settee. The starboard settee can be used as a single berth and a perfect sea berth for offshore passages.
From the salon, a passage leads forward to the forward head and bunk bed suite. To port is the forward head. Two doors to the forward head allow access from the salon and private access from the stateroom.
From the cockpit, another companionway leads just a few steps aft into a sperate private cabin. The cabin is huge and oriented across the stern. The suite includes a private head with shower and custom cabinetry.
This dual cabin configuration provides sleeping accommodations for six and comfortable dining for four.
The settees provide great space to lean back, put your feet up and read or watch TV. The hatches and ports offer good lighting and ventilation and custom-built lockers offer lots of storage. The interior has been very nicely upgraded with new countertops, flooring, heads, AC, and more.
Back on top, the center cockpit has a large fiberglass hardtop with full wrap-around canvas and isinglass. Both the top and the surround appear to be in great condition. Steering is provided by an Edson cable steering system.
All of the standing and running rigging appear to be in very serviceable condition and include Barient and Antal winches, a ProFurl Jib fuller and lazy jacks. The sail inventory is Mack sails and includes a Genoa, main, and mizzen. Both the main and the mizzen have Doyle Cradle covers that match the cockpit canvas. Ther are also canvas covers for the winches, the windlass, and the hatches.
The ground tackle includes a CQR anchor, a Rocna 25 kg anchor, a Fortress FX 23, 120 ft of G3 chain rode and 100 ft of rope and a Lofrans windlass which had a new motor in 2018.
