Unique sailboat with Cat Ketch rigging and a bow thruster. A true bluewater vessel that can be easily single-handed if desired. Both masts go all the way to the keel. Both the mainsail and the mizzen can be easily managed from the cockpit. A battery powered Winch Buddy is included with the vessel. The swing keel would be ideal for island-hopping.
When you enter the vessel, you are in the aft cabin with has a double berth on the port side and a single on the starboard side. Just forward of that is the head to port and then you enter the galley. The stove to starboard has been removed and there is a portable air conditioner in that location. The ice box and freezer are to port.
Forward of the galley is the table to starboard and a settee to port. There is another cabin forward.
This vessel with less than 5-year-old sails would be a great vessel for someone who wants to do some serious cruising.
The Yanmar was installed in 2010. The vessel also has a bow thruster to make docking easy.
This vessel appears to be sound. The cushions are in great shape including the dinette and sofa. The deck appears to have no cracks and to be in great shape.
The engine is a newer 2010 Yanmar. Sails are less than 5 years old and appear to be in good condition.
The seller has never used the refrigerator or freezer so can't confirm operation.
