Enjoy the roominess and space aboard this 1959 specially-designed Sutton Boat Works 52-footer on deck.
This boat has an exceptional wheelhouse that keeps you dry and is roomy.
This ketch heels nicely under heavy winds.
The galley is U-shaped on the forward part of the center salon with a deep sink, stove, and an 11 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer and cabinets.
The captain's quarters has an aft cabin with a double and a single bed with a tall closet.
The center salon has the head and sink, settee, head, and galley.
The exterior is in top shape with 3 coats of topside and 5 coats of bottom paint in 2019. The deck is steel and has another 1/8" steel over 1/8" steel painted light blue. The wheelhouse is steel and seating has been partially built with teak. The wood to finish is in the wheelhouse. There may be enough teak to finish the deck and interior. The interior has unstained wood and very little damage to the wood. The mattresses have been lightly used.
