The cabin sole is teak parquet. The interior layout is typical with a V-berth forward, the head (to port), and lockers (starboard) divide it from the main salon area which has a fold-up dining table.
The port side settee pulls out to create a double berth, the starboard is a single. Aft and to port is a pilot berth and to starboard is the galley.

They replaced all the below waterline through hulls with bronze gate valves and have maintained them in good working condition. removed, cleaned, and reset all 10 ports. They are all watertight. Removed the non-functioning propane cook stove and replaced it with two alcohol burners and built a gimbaled base for it.the head holding tank has been recently replaced with a new poly tank (12 gallons)bow lights, masthead light and anchor lights have been replaced with new led lights. The VHF radio antenna was replaced a couple of years ago while the mast was down. Recently removed the original 12-gallon aluminum fuel tank that was leaking with a poly 15-gallon tank and moved it from behind the engine to the starboard side under the gunnel. This had the added benefit of making room to maintain the engine and transmission,
plus a possible location for additional batteries for electronics. He added a Parker/Racor fuel filter/water separator.
