This 1999 Apreamare 7.5M Semi Cabinato is a 28' "mini motor yacht" (some would call her a Pilothouse Pocket Cruiser) is built with European yacht quality construction throughout.

The cabin is finished with a beautiful bright cherry wood cabinetry and includes a head/shower, a stainless steel sink, a single burner stove, and a refrigerator. There is even a compact microwave oven hidden away.

Included below is a large V-berth with a flat-screen TV and leather-covered seating. Note that the settee also converts to sleeping space for two.

Additionally below, there is a CruiseAir 7000 BTU air conditioner, a Sony CDX-GT10M marine AM/FM/Cd stereo, and an ICOM IC-M402 VHF radio.

Back above you'll find full Teak decking, quality Stainless steel hardware, and a custom hardtop with a full canvas enclosure.

There are wide walkarounds to the foredeck with built-in seating and sun pads provided. There is also an Osculati windlass with both push buttons and remote control.

Aft there is a large rear deck with full curved transom seating and a monster-sized swim platform with a ladder.

The helm is well laid out with all switches and controls easily accessible and all gauges clearly visible.

Electronics include an Autohelm depth gauge, a Furuno Radar (model # unknown), and a GPSmap 498 GPS/chart plotter/sounder. All electronics power up but their functionality has not been recently tested.

This 1999 Semi Cabinato is powered by twin VM Motori I4 diesel engines pushing Velvet Drive V drives. The Port engine hour meter shows 496 hours and the Starboard engine hour meter shows 578 hours.

The boat rides on a 2020 All Marine Trailers triple axle aluminum trailer custom-made for this boat. The trailer is in "like new" condition

This is a very rare yacht and is truly a pleasure to behold. There are plenty of cosmetic projects to work on but her bones are great and she is ready to begin using right away while you work on the things that will make her your own.

Mechanically and operationally the boat appears to be in good condition with no known issues.

There are some cosmetic issues, primarily with the 18" wide wood trim band where the hull meets the deck, that need attention. These are noted in the photos.

For the most part, the teak decks appear to be in pretty good condition, and aside from some bottom paint peeling and some peeling on the hardtop, the finishes throughout appear serviceable.

As mentioned earlier, the functionality of all electronics has not been recently tested.

All upholstery is in serviceable condition with no holes, rips, or tears but does show signs of wear in some areas.
