The 1987 Atlantic 44 Motor yacht was produced for 15 years right here in Florida. This vessel shows excellent with its classic teak interior and new laminate flooring.
The forward stateroom has a full head with a shower and the aft cabin has an island queen bed with a spacious head and shower.
There is an abundance of storage throughout the vessel and it makes a perfect live-aboard or long-term cruiser. There is a stackable washer dryer in the aft cabin.
The dinette converts to another berth. The Galley has a stove, oven, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. The engine room is easily accessible for maintenance, even while underway. An 8 KW generator will easily provide power when you are away from the dock. The AC blows cold throughout.
This vessel has the optional hardtop to the aft and a walk-through transom to reach the swim platform. The bridge has plenty of seating for your family and friends and a large Bimini top. Seller has an isenglas enclosure.
The twin 3208 Caterpillar diesels will burn between 3 to 3.5 gallons per hour at about 10 mph. With this power, the modified V Hull can run up on plane when you need it to get where you're going a little quicker, cruising near 20 mph, giving you the best of both worlds.
The vessel shows well. Aside from the swim platform, the brightwork is in good condition but will be needing some maintenance soon.
The sellers have not been using the boat, but run it on a regular basis and have kept up with the maintenance diligently. Minor damage to the aft starboard rub rail.
This vessel has the optional fuel of 150 gallons per side in the saddle tanks, which act as the main fuel as the main tank has been bypassed and would need to be replaced (due to a leak), should your needs require the additional fuel to extend your range.
