This 1961 Burger Motor Yacht is a great example of a boat that has been cared for and maintained over the years.
She is currently having almost every inch of the boat's esthetics redone as most of the mechanical and electrical work is already completed.
Starting on the bow you'll find a large space for guests to relax while at anchor or underway along with proper anchorage equipment and a windlass.
Head back to the pilothouse on either port or starboard to arrive at the helm station with full gauges and displays along with companion seating to keep your captain company.
The stairs on starboard will take you to the flybridge which offers 360 degree views at the fully appointment helm station. You will also find a refrigerator and gas grill. Aft of the flybridge is a spot for your tender managed by an 1,800 lb. hydraulic hoist.
Head back down to the lower helm station and then head forward to port and you'll find a huge living and dining room with great entertainment features followed by the generous galley down a few steps.
Forward of the galley is the crew quarters with two bunks and a wet head. Access the batteries and battery switches for the bow thruster under the crew quarter's floor boards.
Heading aft again lift the stairs for access to the large engine room. Here you will find the two Cummins 903s one of which was replaced in 2020 and has 200 hours.
Finish your tour by walking back through the living space and helm station and you'll find an additional living/dining area with entertainment capabilities.
Head down the flight of stairs to find a full beam master along with two addition staterooms and two full heads.
This boat will sleep 8 in proper bunks as well as additional guests in the living spaces.
The hull sides look amazing and will buff to a shine. Below the water line you'll find the bow thruster, underwater exhaust, stabilizer fins as well as your shafts, props and rudders all of which appear to be well maintained and in great shape.
You can see the welding work done on the starboard side where the starboard engine was removed and replaced.
For those that are interested in this type of vessel for family use of professional use bring your vision and an open mind and you'll be able to see how quickly this vessel will return to its stately condition.

I found the vessel to be in good condition. The pictures will show that she is in the middle of a refit.
Form bow to stern:
1. Crew quarters will be put back together and cleaned up. Both beds have mattresses.
2. Required galley work is esthetic in nature and will be picked up and cleaned when engine and house batteries are put back in.
3. The solon is currently a storage room and will be staged when all other equipment is returned to its proper places.
4. Helm stations and the aft living space will be tidied up as well.
5. The three aft berths will be organized and cleaned.
Carpet will not be installed as the owner believes that any prospective buyer will want to choose the carpet to be installed.
6. The wood floors under the protective floor coverings are in good shape as is the bright work both in and out.
7. Some exterior areas above deck will require some painting.
When finished she will show beautifully. Pictures will be added and replaced as work continues.
