This 1997 Carver 405 MY is a well-built double cabin, double head motor yacht with an appealing blend of space, comfort, and value. The boat has spent a good amount of its life in freshwater; the boat currently sits in a freshwater marina.

The vessel can sleep 7 comfortably, has 2-zone AC/Heating units, a Westerbeke 7.5 KW generator and twin Crusader 454 gas inboards with velvet drive transmissions.

Upon boarding the Carver, you will find a large aft sundeck with hardtop and full isinglass enclosures. There is also a wet bar and ice maker.

The bridge with centerline helm has a full array of Raymarine electronics, including two large displays with GPS navigation, radar, depth sounder, marine radio, newer stereo with sub-woofer, and DTV satellite dome. The bridge includes LED pathway lighting and LED overhead lighting on the sundeck.

Below deck, enter the salon with built-in dry bar storage area to starboard and experience 180-degree unlimited views as the windows surround you while maintaining privacy & sun protection

This spacious main salon includes a large flat screen TV/DVD player with surround sound, additional storage cabinets, and leather L-shaped Flex-Steel sofa to port that converts to a twin bed and also provides a convenient chart storage compartment.

A large peninsula type serving counter defines the salon from the galley, featuring spacious leather seating in its U-shaped dinette that converts to a double bed, a Norcold refrigerator/freezer, electric 3 burners cooktop/oven, full-size microwave, full-size stainless steel sink, and built-in coffeemaker.

The forward head/shower combo is to Port accessible from the galley, adjacent to the forward VIP stateroom. The forward stateroom offers privacy from the Captain's aft stateroom, offset double berth, flat-screen TV/with a built-in DVD player, cabinet, and drawers for storage.

To the aft, the Captain's stateroom features an island oversized queen berth which is located centrally, permitting easy access to both sides along with a newer cool gel memory foam mattress. Abundant storage space, a large hanging cabinet, and a chest of drawers create a luxurious and comfortable space, along with a private master head with an acrylic stall shower and stainless steel basin.

Throughout the entire vessel, energy-efficient LED lighting is provided.
