This is a custom built 48' long all Aluminum aft cabin motoryacht. The seller is only the 3rd owner of the original boat.
There is a fabulous story that goes behind the custom build.
It originally was a 36' fire boat from 1969 that the city of Montreal purchased to fight fires along the city's riversides. It was not soon after sold to the 2nd owner and 2 other men who owned it together.
During the 1970's the current owner gained full ownership of the vessel and began to work on it turning it into what it is today.
He always has been a professional aluminum fabricator and welder so he put his skills to work with this project.
The original twin diesel Cummins engines have less than 1,000 original hours.
The boat has a great foundation for someone looking for a large yacht and wanting to do their own modifications and interior design.
There is plenty of room inside to lay it out however you would like with an aft cabin for additional comfort, visitors, and overnighters.

The previous seller who owned an aluminum fabrication business did all the work himself.
The flybridge cover is only a few years old. She cruises nicely at about 19 mph and 2400rpm.
There are a few gauges that do not. The refrigerator does not work and the vessel has been dry docked since 2019.
