The yacht is a salvage project....it sunk several years ago.
The current owner supervised a 3 year complete rebuild of the entire downstairs and main salon. The teak wook looks amazing as does the fit and finish throughout. Review the pictures in the listing. The seller states that he spent $125,000 in the process.
The next owner will need to complete the project or partially finish the work to use it for a live aboard, rental or Air bnb.
Entire downstares and main saloon was renovated by replacement after taking it down to the fiberglass.
Project took 3 years to complete. Yacht sunk several years ago and needed to be gutted and everything replaced. Well done...see pictures.

Flybridge needs to be renovated and all electronics replaced.
Decks appear to be solid after a walkthrough.
Air conditioners were repaired as was the Generator.
