The Matthews 46 is truly a classic Motor Yacht. The layout is designed for long-range cruising or liveaboard.
The Matthews fiberglass hulls were manufactured in England and then completed in Port Clinton Ohio using many Hatteras components. Considered by many to be the best boats ever built. The "Flush Deck" design requires less than 14' clearance allowing passage under most bridges while closed.
She is tailored for relaxing and entertaining with a hardtop covering the Deck and plenty of room for guests.
Below Deck the Salon is spacious and in this case, is a "blank canvas" for the new owners to create their own Galley and interior design.
There is a forward V-berth with head and shower and a large Master Aft Cabin with considerably more than enough closet space for even the most extreme "over-packer". The Aft Cabin has a private full shower head as well.
The relaxed and comfortable seating on the forward deck includes a spectacular view. And the Matthews Deck Box which is mounted just forward of the seating provides a versatile serving area for entertaining.

Per the Seller: Mechanically the Mathews is in good condition.
The hull has been cleaned by divers and will have new bottom paint provided by the Seller when the Mathews is hauled out for survey.
Cosmetically She needs TLC and a Salon refit. The Salon is a "blank slate" All furnishings and appliances were removed.
There is one AC/Heat unit in the forward berth that is in need of repair. The second unit was removed.
Seller indicates that everything is in working order other than the items mentioned.
