Great vintage Pacemaker 38 motoryacht. Built strong with extra thick fiberglass construction as was the practice in 1972. Interior is wood and wood veneer; it has tons of storage. The old engines have been pulled out. Repowered by a fuel-efficient electronic ignition, fuel-injected, 4-stroke 50 HP Honda outboard.
It has two generators; one is 9kw with 1885 hours and provides electricity when not connected to shore power. The second is located on deck and is smaller but handy and provides redundancy.
Berthing for 5 and two heads. It has a microwave, small refrigerator and one electric burner and one propane stove for cooking.
This is a good solid boat. As well as a cruiser, it would make good student housing or a retirement second home. Very well taken care of and will be 50 years young soon.
The condition of the boat is what you would expect for a well-maintained 50-year-old boat. For navigation, it has 3 chartplotters complete with sounders, VHF radio with passive AIS function, hand-held VHF, vintage VHF. There is a pair of walkie-talkies for crew communications -- very important when cruising.
