Get ready to set sail aboard your own yacht! This Pacemaker 40 has the space and capability to live aboard, cruise the islands or use as a dock-side condo.
The Pacemaker's two cabins can sleep up to 5 and there is more room in the salon for a sleeper sofa or a futon so you can bring more family and friends. The aft cabin holds a queen bed and a single berth and the forward cabin is set up with a V-berth. Two heads are on board and one has a stand-up shower!
The galley has a full-size fridge, a two-burner stove and great counter space.
Outside, the big aft deck is for lounging or fishing. Up the bridge ladder is the Captain's nest with full controls and great visibility.
The yacht is powered by twin Detroit Diesel 6-71 engines. The onboard generator powers the ship's electrical when away from the dock. The onboard air conditioning and heat extend the season and make cruising comfortable aboard this great boat.
The Pacemaker is nicely updated with recent bottom paint and the hull was painted to give it a clean look. The cabin spaces are updated in white, ivory and gray colors.
The owner bought the boat in 2020 and has lived aboard the vessel. Toilets and the waste tank were replaced. The freshwater tank is not fully plumbed in yet, the owner has been using dock pressurized water. Plumbing is updated with PEX. Some wiring has been updated in the last two years. The helm station on the first level bridge under the hardtop is in use. The top bridge has not been used because the steering chain needs a link repaired.
The owner confirms the generator, air conditioning, and heat are working as expected and the Detroit Diesel engines run great, as is their excellent reputation.
