This 62' Pacemaker has a three staterooms (one currently converted into a walk-in
closet, but can easy to convert back) - plus two heads providing exceptional
accommodations for a liveaboard or cruising yacht. She is powered by
twin Caterpillar 3126, engines are currently inoperable.
You will find a stackable washer/dryer
below and tons of storage. On the front deck forward of the sun pad, you
will find a bubble spa hot tub great for soaking in.
She has 2
Northern Lights generators, three water heaters and each cabin has its
own AC unit plus an Electric fireplace/heater in the Captain's quarters.
The twin diesel motors are currently inoperable and need to be replaced or rebuilt. This vessel is being offered as-is.
The electronics were all turn on and working. The boat is also equipped with a watermaker but the current owner has not used it would need servicing.
The third cabin has been converted into a walk-in closet but the owner has all the mattresses to convert back to a double cabin just have to remove the clothing rods.
