Generator is not operational, needs service.

One engine will not start at the moment. No Service Tech has inspected it yet.

The bimini top appears in good condition.

Vinyl on the deck seats is in good condition for a boat of this age.

Carpet in the cabin displays a few stains and overall wear. There are water stains on the carpet near the shower pan.

Upholstery in the cabin is in good shape.

Transom bench seat has become detached. Needs to to be bolted back on.

Cabin sliding access door bottom rail guide is broken. Door will open and close with ease if you hold it just right.

Starboard side V-Berth closet door hinge is broken. Door needs to be reattached.

Spotlight is not working at the moment.

There is a long hull scratch on the starboard side to the right of the Rinker logo (above the waterline).

On the port side hull above the Rinker logo there is a patch of fiberglass discoloration.

Top right wall of the head compartment there is an exposed square hole (see photo).

Air conditioner is not functioning at full capacity at the moment. A portable air conditioner (not included in sale) is in use at the moment until the boat's air conditioner can be serviced.

Galley faucet runs continuously when the water pump is on. Needs plumbing fix.

Overall, the boat could use a good detailing.
